benihana
Kildare-based duo, Will Molloy and Billy Archbold aka Benihana were introduced here earlier in the year with three tracks of ’90s-leaning electronica. Their new track ‘Vanish’ is a bit more modern, it sounds like something from Mount Kimbie’s new album as it uses guitar tones and percussion to make its point coupling it with sampled voice of an interviewee who sounds like director Kevin Smith talking about his work. It’s a gentle but substantial production.
