Blooms – ‘Give It Up’
It was last May, just before her appearance at Forbidden Fruit festival that Blooms, Louise Cunnane dropped her best track yet – ‘Love’.
The London-based Irish artist is back now with a new EP forthcoming and she’s offered up ‘Give It Up’, an darkly atmospheric modern ballad with production by Laplace, which Cunnane says of:
“I don’t like to harbour bad feeling but Give Me Up was definitely written in a moment of anger and desperation. I really wanted to be out of a particular situation and I didn’t feel strong enough to make that decision for myself and so I had to ask someone else to do it, to give me up, let me go, make it stop. “
