Buffalo Woman return with the 7-minute album closer 'Rio Grande'

It’s been a while since we heard from the Dublin electro duo Buffalo Woman, aka Neil Watkins and Tim O’Donovan. They have come back to us with a 7-minute track that’s much more melancholic and reaching than what we’re used to from them.

The track goes from yearning, twinkling atmospheric synth pop to incorporate guitar and harmonica from Christian Volkmann (Sick and Indigent Song Club, Minnie and the Illywhackers) .

The video was directed by Jack Phelan, who’s a great Dublin-based video artist, designer and director.
