David Gray is cashing in his Ireland White Ladder card with a 20th anniversary tour

Avatar

At one point since the release in 1998, David Gray’s White Ladder was purported to have physically existed on CD in almost every household in Ireland, such was its popularity.

One of the most-selling albums in Irish history, the album launched Gray’s career into the next level with songs like ‘Babylon’ , ‘Please Forgive Me’ and ‘This Year’s Love’.

Since then, Gray has followed his muse recording and playing music of more textured forms. Now, over 20 years on from 1998, Gray is cashing in on the popularity of the album with a European and UK tour performing White Ladder in its entirety.

The White Ladder: The 20th Anniversary Tour hits 3Arena on April 2nd 2020 with all the original band members and with all the original equipment from the time, along with a greatest hits.

Tickets for the tour will go on sale from Ticketmaster at 9am on Friday October 11th. Fans can have access to presale tickets on Wednesday October 9th by pre-ordering products from the remastered collection.

An expanded 20th anniversary edition of White Ladder will be released on 2xCD, 4xLP, and digital formats. This will include a special remastered edition of the iconic album plus White Ladder era previously unreleased rarities, B-sides and demos.
