In 2016 F. Festival debuted as Ireland’s first multi-faceted female fronted festival.
Today it announced it’s coming back to Dublin city on March 11th for more music, art, comedy, talks, spoken word and film.
On the music front, confirmed acts include already Vernon Jane, Laoise, Kevyn, Leila Jane & The Healers, Pillow Queens, My Fellow Sponges, a Heavy Music Zone night of Meta and DJs include Mother’s Ruth Kavanagh, Eve DJs, Maggie and Colin Devine (Tribute to Women set).
More details are to be revealed but venues used will include The Mercantile. Wig Wam, Grand Social, The Bowery, The Hub, The Back Loft, Sin E, The George, Generator and more. A cause or organisation will be associated with each venue. This includes Repeal, White Ribbon, Arc, Dublin Rape Crisis Centre, Help Musicians (NI) and more.
F. Festival is now taking applications for volunteers and acts on the website.
