Fontaines D.C. added & First Aid Kit cancel at Forbidden Fruit Festival
Forbidden Fruit has some good and bad news this weekend for the upcoming festival in Kilmainham affecting the lineup on Monday 3rd June.
Firstly, First Aid Kit have been forced to cancel their set on the Monday and all of their festival and gig appearances in 2019 citing a medical issue.
The Swedish folk sisters Klara and Johanna Söderberg say :
“We’re devastated to have to cancel the planned summer dates this year. We were super excited to play, but because of unforeseen medical circumstances we simply cannot do the shows. All will be okay and we look forward to seeing you soon again.”
In their place, Dublin’s buzziest breaking band Fontaines D.C. will play on the Monday bill at Forbidden Fruit alongside Elbow, Spiritualized, RY X, Julien Baker, Saint Sister, Glasshouse performing Bon Iver, Pillow Queens and more.
