IAMDDB, Octavian, Ms Banks, Kneecap & more added to Body&Soul
After revealing 50 new acts earlier this week, Body & Soul has chosen Good Friday to announce some bad beaatches for the lineup for the Midnight Circus Stage on Friday June 21st.
The tent is curated by Mathman of Mango and Mathman, aka Adam Fogarty in collaboration with Hennessy.
Along with Fogarty’s own Mango x Mathman, it’s a new rap era affair with the likes of
IAMDDB, Octavian, Ms Banks, MangoXMathman and Kneecap playing live.
The Hennessy Sound Lounge will also make an appearance at Ballinlough, offering vinyl playback on a custom crafted sound system by Toby Hatchett and speakers talking about their favourite records, in a lounge inspired by Japanese listening rooms of the 70s
Lined up to participate are Body & Soul founding Director Avril Stanley and Music Booker Jenny Wren, Adam Fogarty while DJs playing across the weekend include Vic Creezée (NTS / Patta Soundsystem), Hang Dai Soundsystem and Move Slow Records. The Hennessy Sound Lounge will be hosted by Loose Joints / Lost & Sounder DJ Sally Cinnamon and celebrated photographer Eddie Otchere, best known for his photographs of Biggie Smalls, the Wu Tang Clan and Aaliyah and other hip hop artists of the mid 1990s and early noughties.
