Ireland Music Week moves online in October

Avatar

Ireland Music Week will operate as an-online festival this October 6th to 9th in the face of the global pandemic.

The international-facing showcase and conference will take place online across four days in October, with the music showcases taking place over three nights – Wednesday 7th, Thursday 8th and Friday 9th.

A production company will film 50 bands and artists in spaces which will be streamed online with opportunities for fan interaction. Each set will be three songs and the band can keep the recording for their own use.

International delegates will be invited to watch the acts and participate in the online conference and online chats with agents, labels, bookers, music supervisors and services from all over the world can be expected.

The festival is calling now on Irish artists to apply to play.

Interested bands:

Visit Ireland Music Week to apply – applications will be through the artists’ Breaking Tunes profile. Closing date for applications is 3rd July.
