Ahead of their Jameson Connects The Circle headline show at All Together Now, the Irish alt-rockers on their favourite songs right now.
The Dundalk shoegaze and industrial atmospheric alt-rock rock band have been on tour with The Cure in South America and Mexico lately, and they play their only Irish set at All Together Now at Jameson Connects The Circle stage on Sunday August 4th.

Lustmord, Karin Park
Sele
I’m currently obsessed with this collaboration album between Lustmord and Karin Parker. Karin’s incredibly beautiful vocal performance is reminiscent of Lisa Gerrard and her style of harmonising, and throughout the album it swims around the dark, clangy corridors of Lustmord’s industrial drones and soundscapes. ‘Sele’, the closing track, might be the standout of the album. Definitely one for headphones in a dark room. – Mags

Las rosas en el límite del noventa y ocho
I’m pretty sure Dominican DJ/Producer Boundary was only 17 when he released this album? I can’t remember how I came across his stuff but this track in particular is just pure synthy house, unabashed dancefloor-fuelled joy. – Mags

Ryuichi Sakamoto, Fennesz
Haru
My listening of any and all Ryuichi Sakamoto music has doubled since his passing last year. His approach to sound, melody and piano playing is very inspirational, even on more low key tracks like this one – a collaboration with electronic artist Fennesz. It’s just beautiful.- Mags

Let Me Unlock Your Full Potential
I find Rachael’s music utterly addictive, with this song in particular always drawing me into its dreamlike world on every listen while being guided through the waves by Rachael’s amazingly singular vocals. – Mags

This is a good thinking song, a perfect I’m gonna stare out the window for hours with this on repeat and never be bored song. It came on one day and I thought this is great makes me feel a lot of things and takes me to all sorts of places. – KT

Love this song off their new album, it always stuck out for me when I’ve seen them live. There is good yearning in their melodies and I feel like I’m in a movie sometimes, I really like all their songs. – KT

Wall of Sleep (feat. HAAi)
Class breaky roller track, textures of the drums and percussion are very rich and the centrepiece vocal loops, coming in and out of focus over the top of each other create a very heavy dream feeling. This whole album is a great listen. – David

The War
I saw this man and his various concertinas play live in the church at Other Voices last year and it was one of the best solo instrumental performances I have seen, this track is a great example of his powerful and controlled musicianship and summons up large amounts of energy and emotion when listened to. – David

This is such a cool song. I love how the bassline only comes in about halfway through. That’s some very satisfying song arrangement. The whole album is full of brilliantly written songs, from indie bangers to shoegaze sleeperholds. – Robert
