This Saturday, January 30th, in the Roisin Dubh, Galway, a lineup of friends, family, DJs, musicians and “chancers” are putting on a gig in honour of Mark Logan, the Disconaut percussionist who passed away two years ago.
Mad About Mark features:
Disconauts live show (featuring full horn section) will be joined by DJs and live acts such as Billy Scurry, Get Down Edits, Daithí, John Conneely, Anthony Collins, Shake! DJ Ray and Mark’s brother Bernie Logan who will be curating a open mic session upstairs.
A night of Soul, funk, house, disco, folk and blues over 2 floors.
Doors are early at 9pm, last year was sold out.
Tickets €10 are available at www.roisindubh.net and if you cannot attend but still want to donate there is also a Non Attendance ticket option on the Listings page on the website where you can donate €10.

As well as being a talented musician and wonderful person Mark’s passion was mental health issues in Ireland and we’re really glad to be able to give all monies raised on the night to Jigsaw Galway who do such great work as aa free and confidential support service for young people around Galway.”
Jigsaw Galway is a free, non-judgmental and confidential support service for young people (15-25) living in Galway city and county who provide guidance and support for young people who are going through a difficult or distressing time.
