Marlay Park hosts a series of big outdoor concerts in coming weeks including Olivia Rodrigo, Noah Kahan and Longitude Festival.

What else do I need to know?

  • This is an outdoor standing event. Please dress appropriately for irish weather and check weather prior to arrival.
  • Charge your phone and bring battery packs with you – you’ll need battery to access your tickets!
  • Stay hydrated/don’t forget to eat – it’s a long day.
  • No big bulky bags – A4 size or smaller only.
  • There will be no storage facilities on site.
  • Don’t buy tickets from untrustworthy sources – official resale is available via www.ticketmaster.ie.
  • Marlay Park is a residential area. Respect the property & privacy of residents and have consideration for locals.
  • THERE IS NO RE-ADMISSION.

What can I bring in with me?

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

Bags larger than A4, chairs of any kind, animals (other than registered working dogs), glass & cans, umbrellas, selfie sticks, alcohol or illegal substances, drones, flares, fireworks, laser pens, aerosol, megaphones, air horns, professional cameras and audio recording equipment or any item that could be a weapon or pose a hazard.

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with that you can and can’t bring. Any confiscated items will be disposed of. Non-surrender may lead to refusal/removal from site.

What if I need help on the day?

• Look out for our offsite stewarding volunteers in the areas surrounding Marlay Park. They will be wearing a Pink Hi-Vis and will be able to guide you the concert entrances.


Which charities and organisations will be on site?

• Safe Gigs Ireland will be on site to promote a safer, more inclusive environment for all attendees.
• ISPCC will be onsite with child registration forms for parents and guardians to complete in case a child becomes separated during the event
• Women’s Aid is the national domestic violence service in Ireland. They will be running the #TooIntoYou campaign, to teach young people, in particular young women, about intimate relationship abuse.
• Vision Ireland will be operating a pop-up shop selling vintage clothing.


Transport – How to get there?

Plan and book your return travel arrangements in advance, allowing at least an extra 3hrs travel time to/from the venue. As traffic and parking delays are inevitable you are encouraged to walk, cycle, use event bus services. Promoters do not operate transport to/from venue, this is matter for you to arrange in advance. Information about all types of transport can be found via The Evntz App.

BY CAR: Car parking at Marlay Park is extremely limited and must be pre-booked in advance of the event. Parking tickets will cost €25 per car. The car park entrance is located at College Rd and is accessed via Whitechurch Rd. Onlv attendees who have pre-booked parking for Marlay Park will be permitted entry into the car park. Tickets for the Marlay Park car park can be purchased via www.evntz.ie.

DUNDRUM TOWN CENTRE PARK & RIDE: Marathon Coaches are operating a Park & Ride shuttle service from Dundrum. Customers park in Dundrum Town Centre and then take the Dundrum Luas Shuttle to Stonemasons Way.

Tickets are purchased per car & number of persons within the car and should be purchased in advance from https://marathongroup.ie.

By BUS –

CITY CENTRE SHUTTLE: Marathon Travel are operating a return bus service from the City Centre direct to the Marlay Park Coach Park. Buses depart from Earlsfort Terrace. Tickets can be purchased at https://marathongroup.ie/

COACH & BUSES: A number of national and regional operators are providing bus services to Marlay Park events. Tickets can be purchased in advance online. Coach and bus parking will be facilitated within the grounds of Marlay Park, access is via the College Road. Details included on www.evntz.ie.

BY PRIVATE BUSES: If you are travelling to Marlay Park in a private minibus, coach or bus please register the details in advance at [email protected]

LUAS: Marathon Travel will operate a shuttle bus between Dundrum Luas station and Stonemasons Way, near the Marlay Park pedestrian entrance. Tickets can be purchased at https://marathongroup.ie/

BY BICYCLE: There will be a secure cycle parking facility located within the car park at College Road. There will be no charge for this. Please bring your own bike lock.

PICK UP & DROP OFF: Our recommended drop off and collection point is in the Supervalu car park on Ballinteer Avenue. Attendees getting picked up by family and friends following the event are advised that road closures are in place on the roads surrounding Marlay Park.

TAXIS: Following the events, a passenger pick up point will be facilitated on the Brehon Field Road. The Promoter cannot guarantee there will be taxis available after the event. It is not recommended that passengers use rick shaws.

Do not attempt to park illegally in areas surrounding Marlay Park, in local estates or outside local residences. Parking enforcement rules will be in operation and your vehicle will be clamped or towed


Where is the box office for tickets / guestlist?

Ticketmaster box offices and guestlist are located at the Grange Road and College Road entrances.


What’s the age policy?

Under 16’s MUST be accompanied at all times by a Parent/Guardian over 25, who take full responsibility and remain with them throughout the event. Strict age monitoring in place. Unaccompanied under 16’s will be refused entry without refund. Recommended: no under 5s. All attendees must have a ticket.


Accessibility

We cannot amend or move any ticket bookings, but if you are attending on general admission tickets and would benefit from Accessible facilities, please fill out this form, Malahide Castle Access Enquiries Form. Accessible ticketholders do not need to contact us. They will be contacted directly regarding accessible parking and our accessible facilities onsite. Card Payments

All venue bars will be cashless. You can use debit/credit cards or apps on your phone, such as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Food vendors will take cash and card payments.


Safety Information

• An Garda Síochána will have a presence at all event entrances and throughout the site.
• Event security will operate ticket checks. Everyone entering will be subject to a search permissible under law as a condition of ticket purchase. Additional security checks may take place once inside the venue.
• Please allow plenty of time for concert entry procedures, ticket checks and searches.
• An Garda Síochána will operate a ZERO tolerance policy on anti-social behaviour, such as on-street drinking, urinating etc.
• Familiarise yourself with the location of exit gates, emergency exits, first aid posts and water points on arrival.
• Anyone found to be intoxicated will be refused entry or removed from the site without a refund.
• NO alcohol or DRINKS are permitted to be brought into the venue with the exception of water and soft drinks in sealed plastic bottles up to 500ml. Empty reusable bottles are permitted into the venue. There are several drinking water points throughout the concert site.
• There may be strobe lighting, lasers and pyrotechnics used at these events.
• Please move slowly and quietly when exiting the concert site, cooperate with Staff and An Garda Síochána and follow any loudspeaker announcements.

We urge all concert-goers to show consideration for the local community by not littering, engaging in anti-social behaviour, or parking illegally. These actions will not be tolerated. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy the shows!
