Pillow Queens release new EP featuring SOAK, Damien Dempsey and more covering their songs
After announcing their big 2022 tour schedule, Pillow Queens have released a special EP of covers of their songs from debut album In Waiting by SOAK, Damien Dempsey, Melbourne’s Merpire and New York rock frontman John Ross aka Wild Pink.
All of the songs on the Quietly Waiting EP are stripped back versions.
Damo does ‘Donaghmede’ appropriately as he’s also from there, SOAK takes on ‘Holy Show’, Merpire covers ‘Liffey’ and Wild Pink does a rendition of ‘Brothers’.
