Dublin DJ and producer R.Kitt has unleashed the perfect way to end the night on his new release ‘A Place I Know’. The single, premiering at Definite Party Material, has been a go-to closer at Kitt’s live performances for a while now but is only just getting an official release now.
Building off a keen vocal sample that threatens to explode at any second, ‘A Place I Know’ is a temperately paced number that keeps the listener on edge across simple melodic stabs and infectious sampling. It contrasts effectively with Kitt’s higher octane numbers and delivers just the right amount of leeway to maintain constant danceability.
