I’m naturally very private. I suppose these songs are my way of expressing love and gratitude for the people in my life.”
Kynsy – Utopia EP
Irish indie-rock new EP on Nice Swan Recordings, features ‘Stereo Games’ .
“This EP is a journey through the tumultuous landscapes of self-discovery and emotional liberation. Each track explores the struggles of breaking free from toxic influences, confronting personal demons, and ultimately finding empowerment. It’s a raw, unfiltered expression of the highs and lows of seeking one’s true self, blending poetic introspection with a rebellious spirit.”
PostLast – Pull Me Into the Open Sea EP
The debut EP from Julie Hough and Stephen McHale’s new project explores a child-like wonder.
“‘Pull Me Into the Open Sea’ is tied together by a sense of openness to the world that you have when you’re a child. All of the songs have a nostalgic quality but don’t necessarily romanticise the past—more so the people we were before we developed the barriers, preconceptions, and insecurities that amount throughout our lives. This was very much the spirit of how Stephen and I approached the music: being open to something new and unknown, and that attitude filtered into the songs themselves.” – Julie Hough
