Richard Hawley for Olympia date in September

2019 marks 20 years of Hawley as a solo artist.

British artist Richard Hawley is probably best known as part of iconic Brit Pop group Pulp.

However, his c.v. boasts plenty more than that. Including a stint in Longpigs and a whopping 8 solo studio albums.

His ninth solo record Further is due out on May 31st.

This year also marks 20 years of Hawley being a solo act, a fact not lost on Hawley who said “I suppose twenty years is quite a long time in this business, but, to be honest, even after all this time, I’m still a searcher. I’m still genuinely searching for things, in music and in life. I can’t tell you exactly what I’m looking for, or where I’m actually going but when I get there, I’ll probably send you a text.”
