We’ve had a whopper start to the Lumo story with three great nights in Bar Tengu which culminated in a special Christmas edition with guest DJ Richie Egan of Jape last month.
For January, we move back upstairs with our regular DJs Nialler9, Simon Roche and Gavin Elsted.
The idea of the club is (hopefully) a contrast to the other nights in the city. This isn’t a house and techno night. It’s a club night where you’ll hear all sorts of good tunes – classic dance, indie, disco, Italo, electronic, electro, Irish, hip-hop, pop, a bit of everything. Our aim is to get you dancing and to play some classics, curveballs and new tunes in the process. It has been described so far as a deadly house party in a bar, which we like.
Here is this month’s Club Chart to give you an idea of what we’re likely to play. Plus some Bieber’s ‘Sorry’ too obviously.
Early bird tickets are sold out but there will be 30 €10 tickets on the door on the night from 10pm. They go quick!
