The Dublin venue’s Summer Series kicks off this week and runs across four Fridays this June, July and August.

Lined up across the summer at The Sound House’s Smirnoff Summer Series are some emerging artists and acts we feature here regularly. Three acts each night and along with vintage markets, flash tattoos, haircuts, and tooth gems, bit of a festival vibe here.

The acts playing include:

  • Curtisy
  • Chris Wong
  • Tara Devi
  • Ezra Williams
  • YourCuzMarcus
  • RVE
  • Uly
  • Theo FitzGibbon
  • Retrograde
  • Melina Malone
  • Graham
  • Delush

Here’s how the lineup is over the four nights:

Friday June 21st – Curtisy, Tara Devi, Chris Wong

The Summer series kicks off this Friday June 21st with a headline set from the Dublin rapper Curtisy, who has released one of the best Irish albums this year with What Was The Question? Also playing is R&B singer Tara Devi and Irish/Hong Kongese indie singer-songwriter Chris Wong.

Tickets from €12 available now.

Here’s how the lineup look on the other nights.

Friday July 5th – Ezra Williams, YourCuzMarcus, RVE

Cork singer-songwriter and Choice Music Prize indie songwriter Ezra Williams headlines with Dublin songwriter YourCuzMarcus and “pixie-indie tunes for sad girl” band RVE.

Friday July 19th – Uly, Theo Fitzgibbon, Retrograde

The third night is headlined by Irish Filipino multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Uly, along with the pop songwriter Theo Fitzgibbon (who has a knack of bothering the public with his recent single ‘Caroline) and Dublin indie-band Retrograde.

Friday August 2nd – Melina Malone, Graham, Delush

Closing out the series, on the August bank holiday are R&B singer powerhouse Melina Malone and band, Dublin rapper and Outstraight Records artist Graham and emerging indie-rock band Delush.
