I posted this a while back but now it’s embedabble so it’s worth a few more looks at least. Fucked Up perform their twelve minute new single ‘Year of the Ox’ with Annie-Claude Deschenes of Duchess Says and a lot of tape wrapped around foreheads. This is proper rock ‘n’ roll. The recorded version features Zola Jesus (really enjoying her Stridulum II album coming up) instead of Annie-Claude and can be heard below. It’s released properly in late September via Matador internationally and Merge in North America.
