Village People, Deacon Blue, Boney M & All Saints are playing the Punchestown Festival
The Punchestown Festival filled that Oxegen-shaped hole on the Irish festival circuit for pure nostalgia last year when Lionel Richie headlined the one-day festival.
For 2017, it’s now up to two days on Saturday July 29th and Sunday July 30th and with a “relive the magic tag.”
Playing over two days and to a much older audience will be:
Jess Glynne, Tom Jones, Shane Filan, Deacon Blue, Lightning Seeds, Dr Hook, Roland Gift (Fine Young Cannibals), Village People, All Saints, Smash Hits, ABC, Bjorn Again, Boney M, Smokie (Living Next Door To Alice).
Tickets priced €69.50 incl. booking fee go on sale at 9am next Friday, March 11th from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide andTicketmaster.ie
Two day tickets – €129.00 incl. booking fee go on sale at 9am Friday 31st March
Pink moon camping is also available on site.
