A spectacular version of ‘Night’ by Zola Jesus for The Soundcheck Sessions helped by some pounding reverbed drums and expansive ghostly vocal production. I prefer this to the recorded version.

In other Zola Jesus news, she recently lent vocals to a Burial Hex tune (as debuted on Stereogum) . The original 20-minute version can be heard at Ernes Time. She also plays the Picnic.
