Max Cooper and Overhead, The Albatross kick off a run of shows marking three decades of the Temple Bar venue, with more announcements to come.
Button Factory are celebrating 30 years as one of Dublin’s key music venues with a run of anniversary shows, and the first two have just been announced: Max Cooper on Saturday September 26th and Overhead, The Albatross on Thursday September 24th.
The BF30 celebrations are built around the question “what is a Button Factory show?”, with the venue digging into its own archives and history alongside the live programme to mark three decades in business.
Max Cooper is the Belfast-born electronic producer known for pairing his music with striking audio-visual work, consistently pushing his live shows into more thought-provoking, boundary-blurring territory.
Overhead, The Albatross are the Dublin post-rock outfit known for intricate, powerful melodies, adventurous instrumentation and high-energy live shows.
