News has reached that in these times of cuts and shakeups, Belgian electronic music label R&S Records is to pick up where it left off and start releasing records again.
R&S was responsible for releasing recordings from Aphex Twin (Digeridoo, Classics, Selected Ambient Works 85-92), Derrick May, Joey Beltram, 69 (Carl Craig), and Model 500. First up on the release schedule on the 7th of April, Aphex Twin’s Ambient Works 85-92, Model 500 Classics, Ken Ishii’s Jellytones and Dave Angel’s Classics are to be released. A month later on the 12th May, Derrick May’s Innovator, Model 500’s Deep Space, Joey Beltram’s Classics and Aphex Twin’s Classics will complete the release of their Masters Series. These albums have been digitally remastered and will of course, be available digitally. R&S are currently signing new artists to release.
Remember the times…Here’s the first track from Selected Ambient Works 85-92.
You can sign up to the label’s site for periodical free downloads too.
