Lúnasa music & arts festival takes place in Louth this month

If Body & Soul can coincide with the solstice, then I don’t see a problem with another festival coinciding with “a full barley moon and a rare prenumbral eclipse.” Lúnasa Music & Arts festival takes place in Bellurgan Park, Co. Louth from 16-18 of September.

The festival will feature family-friendly workshops and activities, camping, forest parties and seven Celtic-inspired stages featuring some music from the fringes and alternative end of things.

That includes Kila, My Fellow Sponges, Strange Attractor, Revelation Sound System, Aíne Cahill; there’s techno from Jon Hussey, Fran Hartnett, Giles Armstrong, Nathan Jones; alternative acts SpudGun, Beach and Grand, electronica from Tr One, Frank B/Sias, LeRosa and Barry Redsettaz, a Grime takeover with Wriggle and a dub and reggae acts like Jahmonk, Rub A Dub and more.

Weekend camping tickets are €95+fees. See all ticket types.
