New Irish artist RTL combines soul, hip-hop, R&B and singer-songwriter pop on new EP

21 year-old independent artist and BIMM Dublin student Rob Toal-Lennon or RTL’s new EP Much Love is a body of work built up over the past five years that depicts five definitive moments in his life.

“This is an accumulation of five years of planning, writing & recording. A transition of sound/taste over five years. Five tracks depicting Five definitive moments in my life. Here is Version 5. Much Love.”

The Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow native’s vocal abilities on the EP reflect sounds similar to that of Maverick Sabre with equally impressive rapping throughout the EP.

‘Father’ is a soulful and jazzy melody with a strong element of reflection and nostalgia.
