On the basis of a few listens, this is a vast improvement over Made in the Dark. It’s got a real emotional resonance and consistency to it. It’s definitely not a dance record overall.

The album is released this Friday in Ireland (Feb 1st – UK / Feb 9th – US). Listen to the album after the jump.
