AVA Festival reveal day lineups & opening and closing parties

AVA Festival has announced its day lineups for Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th of June in the Titanic Slipways, along with opening event and afterparty details.

It’s just five weeks to go until AVA returns, and Friday will be headlined by Bicep, along with Floorplan, Gemma Dunleavy has been added. Saturday is headed by Mura Masa, Jon Hopkins DJ Set, and Biig Piig.

Opening and closing parties

AVA will host an Opening Event at industrial hangout Banana Block at Portview Trade Centre on Thursday 2nd June, and there will be various afterparties across various venues each night.

From 5PM to 10pm, this starter session will feature talks from industry experts including Resident Advisor’s RA Exchange Live, a PRS For Musicians hosted chat followed by an instore at Sound Advice – the city’s new record store at Banana Block.

Afterparties will take place across three venues: Banana Black at Portview Trade Centre, Thompson’s Garage & Ulster Sports Club on both Friday and Saturday night – followed by the annual closing party on Sunday 5th June at Thompsons.
