Dun Laoghaire’s own seaside festival Beatyard returns this year for the fifth time on August 3rd and 4th.
Today, the festival have announced the first wave of their 2019 lineup. Iconic British dance act Groove Armada are on headline duties, as are Scottish synth-pop group Chrvches and British nu-funk act Jungle.
The festival has to compete hard, being on the same weekend as ATN and a host of other weekenders.
It looks like they’re going to do the business this year. The rest of the announcement consists of Todd Terje, Marc Rebillet and Grandmaster Flash. Pretty cool stuff.
