Cashier No.9 – ‘Lost At Sea’
It’s been a while since I checked in with Casher No.9. The Belfast band have only gone and signed with Bella Union, made an album produced by David Holmes and will release that album To The Death Of Fun, on June 17th in Ireland (20th in UK and Europe).
‘Lost At Sea’ and previous single ‘Gold Star’ (apres jump) suggest the band have been immersing themselves in melodious ’60s music with wall-of-sound production by Holmes rather than the relatively straight up songs of their past.
