Cork Jazz Festival adds The Pharcyde, Souls Of Mischief, Soft Boy Records, Vieux Farka Touré, Luke Una & Mr Scruff & more
After announcing a rake of the artists playing Guinness Cork Jazz Festival this year incliuding Macy Gray, The Charlatans, Pillow Queens, Gilles Peterson, John Carroll Kirby, Dorian Concept, Corinne Bailey Rae & more, the organisers have announced a new batch of acts.
Among the new additions are shows from ’90s US rap classic acts The Pharcyde + Souls of Mischief, Mailian guitarist and singer Vieux Farka Touré, Ethiopian Jazz artist Hailu Mergia, a Luke Una & Mr Scruff at Cyprus Avenue, The Scratch, Jazz Boat Journey with Jerron Paxton and a special Soft Boy Records Presents show with Yenkee, Kean Kavanagh, Five To Two, and more.
The Guinness Cork Jazz Festival celebrates its 45th year, and takes place the October bank Holiday weekend from Thursday October 26th to Monday October 30th.
