Cork producer Chris Power is one dude I’ve been keeping an eye on on Soundcloud over the last two years or so.
On ‘Tales Of The Terrace’, the producer showcases some serious beat credentials which is given an extra lift through Cleveland rapper Atari Jones. It reminds me of Stones Throw, Madlib, Shape Of Broad Minds, MED, all good things.
The track is from an EP forthcoming. Power has been DJing in Cork since he was 16, under the mentorship of Toby Kaar. He’s only 22 now.
