On The Tonight Show last night, D’Angelo cropped up to pay tribute to the Purple one, accompanied by Maya Rudolph and Gretchen Lieberum (Princess) to play the pertinently-titled ‘Sometimes It Snows in April’. It’s an affecting rendition.
This week, Jimmy Fallon told a great story about Prince challenging him to a game of ping-pong that is so quintessentially Prince you couldn’t make it up. Ask your boy.
Lumo Club this Saturday will be purple-hued.
