Just Wondering are an alt-electronic Dublin band who have featured here in the past in an earlier iteration.
Now a trio made up of Wale Akande, Jack O’Shaughnessy and Adam Redmond, Just Wondering have formally released their debut single, an impressive track that melds modern synth pop melodies, soul vibes, guitar licks, electronic textures and processed vocals.
‘Drive’ is the first song the trio wrote together and a real statement of intent from the band.

“We think it’s cool that all the lyrics were written completely together regardless of who’s verse it is. It’s not a personal story, it’s very much about this thing that we’re sharing and that we want to share with our friends. It’s just supposed to be translatable as taking a bluetooth speaker and “playing it at a gaff with our mates”
