Electric Picnic 2016 Theatre of Food lineup announced
This year’s Theatre Of Food at the sold out Electric Picnic will have a strong a music theme among its culinary lineup.
The Ukelele Orchestra will perform. Joe O’Leary of Levis’s Corner House in Ballydehob will host special guests. And there will be husband and wife food and music teams, Audrey McDonald and Tom Dunne and myself and my missus, Aoife McElwain doing some music/food related activity.
Expect also:
Demonstrations from Patrick Ryan from the Firhouse Bakery, Takashi Miyazaki from Miyazaki (best Japanese takeaway in Ireland), Kevin O’Toole from Chameleon was making steamed buns, Cocktails and mocktails served by Oisin Davis (Jameson) and Shannen Butler-Keane (Diva Boutique Bakery and Café). A Children’s pizza-making session.
Appearances from Roz Purcell, Katie Sanderson (Dilisk), Susan Jane White, Ross Lewis (Chapter One), Chef Paul Flynn, a Children’s pizza-making session.
