Donegal band For Foresters impress with 'Bath'

“Experimental Ambient-Folk” is the self-description that Donegal band For Foresters give to themselves and it’s easy to hear why on their new track ‘Bath’.

Debuted via a live version of the song, For Foresters are Gabriel P. Blake, Conal Doherty and Gary Hamilton and the video was shot by Charlie Joe Doherty in Glen Valley Adventure Centre, Carrigart, Co. Donegal. They are joined by Joel Harkin, John Melvin and Megan Nic Ruairí.

‘Bath’ builds from small whispered beginnings to a crescendo of sax and full-band swinging on the crux of the lyric “I am done being the silent one.” Super promising.
