Anybody who’s a regular visitor to the site will know I dig Stones Throw Records. They had some great release last year – J Dilla’s Donuts, Oh No’s Exodus into Unheard Rhythms, Aloe Blacc’s Shine Through, Stones Throw: Ten Years and Madlib – Beat Konducta Vol 1-2 as well as their seemingly constant stream of free releases throughout the year. Well they’re wasting no time in 2007, straight out the blocks is a collaboration from Madlib and Talib Kweli entitled The Liberation and … it’s FREE to download too! Nice one.
