Future Brown sign to Warp, release remix of ‘Wanna Party’
This time last year, Fatima Al Qadiri, Nguzunguzu and J-Cush put together a potent futuristic club rap track called ‘Wanna Party’ featuring Tink.
Well, Warp Records know a good thing when they hear one so they put the global underground dance collective on their label for a proper release. The first will feature ‘Wanna Party’ and the grimey ‘World’s Mine’ featuring Ruff Sqwad’s Prince Rapid and Dirty Danger along with Roachee of Roll Deep. The group also have art-leaning tendencies having put together a MOMA PS1 installation involving basketball skills and choreography. Not just for the club.
A remix of ‘Wanna Party’ with New Orleans rapper 3D Na’Tee was released today to mark the occasion. Pre-order from Bleep with a download of the remix.
