Girls Rock Dublin camp registration now open for 12 to 17 year-olds
Now in its second year Girls Rock Dublin camp which is taking place from July 3rd to 7th at the Sound Training College and Temple Lane Studios are taking applicants for this year.
The 2018 camp is for 12-17 years olds and aims to boost girls self-esteem and help them to express themselves through music creation and performance in a non-competitive environment. The camp provides instrument coaching on vocals, guitar, bass, synth and drums, workshops and technical training by some of Ireland’s leading female musicians.
Last year’s coaches included Maykay (Fight Like Apes and Le Galaxie), Niamh Farrell (Ham Sandwich), Naoise Roo, Jess Kavanagh (Barq), Fierce Mild, SOAK, Soule, Wyvern Lingo, Hvmmingbyrd and Maija Sofia.
The camp costs €280 which includes all tuition, workshops, lunch, instruments and rehearsal facilities. Instalment options available.
