Goddamn that DJ made my day
A reader (or so he says he could be a mass-mailer for all I know) calling himself DJ White Mike has started a podcast from his hometown in San Francisco and it’s good enough to share. He’s only on his second episode but it is a Valentines Day combatant mix that has nothing to do with Valentine’s Day of course – which is a good thing. I gave it a listen earlier on and like all good mixes, there’s some new stuff you haven’t heard that you like and some old stuff you’ve almost forgotten about.
Kudos to White Mike for reminding me of the MIA / Richard X remix of Ciara’s “Goodies”, Jurassic 5’s “Day at the Races” and Beck’s “Sissyneck” (It’s been a while Odelay..).

Don’t worry Mike, there’s no chance of it being described as a “cheesy set full of Euro-Christian Hopecore” but I would like to hear that.
