i am niamh – ‘Wonderland’

i am niamh, the solo artist Niamh Parkinson is releasing a solo record Wonderland in May and the avant-garde singer and film composer’s title track has been revealed as a pleasing slice of vocal-lead orchestral pop.

“Take me to wonderland,” Parkinson sings backed with sweet refrains of herself, piano and a string quartet. It’s a song that approaches the fantastical the subject yearns for.

Wonderland is launched in the Freemason’s Hall on May 9th.

The song is on iTunes.
