Introducing: Million Young

Sometimes things just don’t work out. Sometimes you just don’t connect. Sometimes, you end up sleeping on a band that other bloggers have been talking about for a year. Such is the case with Million Young aka Mike Diaz’s “ambient surf” band out of Fort Lauderdale in Florida. The announcement of the release of a debut album Replicants for 2011 this week, sparked enough recommendations (thanks Cloud Castle Lake) and blog posts that meant I checked out the 5-track Sunndreamm EP I missed the first time around which is available from Arcade Sound for free (ZIP). It was worth it.
