Jeff Mangum to play Whelan’s in November

As announced via Foggy Notions’ Twitter, Jeff Mangum of Neutral Milk Hotel will play Whelan’s on November 30th. Tickets go on sale priced at €20 plus fees on Friday morning 9am from Ticketmaster and Tickets.ie.
