The spoken word Lingo Festival returns in October 21 to 23 and they’ve announced their first headliners for this year.
Rapper Sage Francis, Rubberbandits’ Blindboy Boatclub , Palestinian spoken word artist Rafeef Ziadeh and 2016 Lingo Poet Laureate Sarah Clancy are lined up to play.
Sage Francis plays a show at the Workman’s Club on October 22nd while Sunday night October 23rd will see Blindboy Boatclub host a madcap panel of guests and performers around the theme of socially engaged art. More details in coming weeks.
