Listen to Kildare duo Benihana’s debut EP
Benihana, the electronic twosome from Naas are Will Molloy and Billy Archbold. They released some impressive tracks this year that featured the sounds of ’90s electronica in its waves. The pair have collated their best tracks to date – the Mount Kimbie-esque ‘Vanish’ and the cinematic ‘Festivals’ and have packaged it them as an EP with three other tracks.
There’s the spiral synth ‘Intro’, the ambient dreamy ‘Wolves’ and my favourite of the three new tracks ‘Tell You’, the final track that has a slow stringed euphoria to it. The EP is available for a name-your-price from Bandcamp.
