While I’ve already said my thanks to everyone involved in the series of gigs in Monster Truck last month, the gallery themselves would like to thanks everyone who played, got involved and paid in to the nights. Your attendance and support raised €5,000 which will go towards ongoing programming and operational costs of the gallery space in Temple Bar.
Director Pete Prendergast says:
A huge thank you to those who helped us raise €5,000 for ongoing programming costs and the running of Monster Truck Gallery and Studios. We are an organisation dedicated to the pursuit of contemporary visual arts in all its forms. Monster Truck joined the Temple Bar community in 2010 and is one of only a few new arts organisations to enter the Temple Bar area since its redevelopment 25 years ago. All money raised will help the organisation to continue to grow and remain here in Temple Bar. Thanks to all the bands, those who worked on the event, the people who came, Niall and the Monster Truck team.
