It’s past the halfway mark into the year and time to take stock on what’s been moving me the most in the last six months. I expect lots of change by the end of the year including albums from The Horrors, Patrick Kelleher, Zomby and maybe Beirut, Thundercat, The Rapture, Björk, Modeselektor and St. Vincent. There’s also those other albums I’ve not given a proper listen yet (hello Unknown Mortal Orchestra, The Middle East,Colin Stetson, FaltyDL and John Maus) . For now, I hope this list reminds or recommends you something.

Cashier No. 9 not in the top 10 Irish albums of the year? Surely a horrible horribe mistake Niall.
Was saying on Twitter during the week, I want to like it but it’s just not grabbing me enough yet to say I do.

Washed out record not grow on you? I was sceptical at first but its really enjoyable now I find
Washed Out really hasn’t done much for me. Pity as I love the EPs.
