Orbital will play a Dublin gig next year honouring their debut album from 1991.

The brothers Hartnoll return to Ireland next May 5th, Sunday Bank Holiday to play live at Vicar Street performing their debut self-titled album, known as The Green Album in full.

The gig is presented by Selective Memory and tickets. are €44.50 plus fees and are on sale next Thursday 19th October at 10am through ticketmaster.ie or at selectivememory.ie

Orbital’s debut release the Green Album (1991) cemented the Hartnoll brothers as one of the most exciting partnerships in the UK electronic music scene. Including Chime “one of the most influential pieces of electronic dance music ever written” (BBC), the epic endorphin-filled Belfast, and classics Satan and Oolaa, it’s an album that has sound tracked many a lost weekend.

This will be Orbital’s first time playing the Vicar Street venue.
