Dublin four-piece Pursued By Dogs have been very busy in 2018.
The electro-indie group have already gotten the release of their debut self-titled LP under their belt. This was precluded by the atmospheric single ‘Talk’ and the video which accompanied it.
A summer of festival performances later the band are releasing fresh material. Premiering on the site today is the video for their latest single ‘Swap Dimensions’.
It’s an eerily claustrophobic affair, directed by Ciaran Murray. The video features it’s fair share of things that go bump in the night, all closing in on its protagonist.
Speaking on the inspiration for the track, singer Andrew Brennan says “I wrote Swap Dimensions at a time when I was definitely drinking too much and was feeling really disconnected from Ireland. A lot of my friends had left and I was angry about the legacy wrought by emigration.”
