The National wouldn’t strike me the most romantic band but there are plenty of people who have bonded over their music’s angst-ridden honesty. Like this couple at Longitude Festival last night.
During, ‘I Need My Girl’, the guy can be seen popping the question to his startled partner while some friends and confused festivalgoers look on.
