Quinton Campbell’s FIFTH is the dance record you should check out today

Luke Sharkey

We wanted to highlight some fresh new Irish dance music for you this afternoon.

Quinton Campbell released his new album FIFTH, at the start of the month.

Campbell, a producer and stalwart Irish selector, solidifies what’s been a fruitful couple of years – including two EPs and a Boiler Room, into a full project here.

The result is FIFTH, a dance record laden with breakbeats and super-tight, reverb dosed synth leads.

If I had to pick a highlight, I’d go with ‘TYPE-S’, which represents some of the most four to the floor, pumping material on the entire project.
