Vampire Weekend musician and producer goes solo with a beautiful song.
Rostam Batmanglij is known primarily for his work with Vampire Weekend, as a key band member, singer and producer, Batmanglij is responsible for a lot of the unique sound that drives the band. For his new solo song, Rosatam strips it right back to a vocal-driven track that is boosted by an otherworldly choral choir.
8. Heathers – ‘November’
A strong and emotional return for the twins
Ellie and Louise McNamamara, Heathers, are back with a new song from a the followup to their second album Kingdom.
‘November’ is a slow-moving song that addresses loss and the suitable video was made by Shaun & Jeff at Crooked Gentlemen Films.
